Just like us, dogs and cats deserve a nice bed to sleep in. It should be comfortable, cozy and, of course, clean. Further Tips

The cover of most dog beds and cushions can be removed, which is of course very practical - especially as it can also be cleaned in the washing machine. But be careful! The dog bed is usually full of hair and this not only makes cleaning more difficult, but in the worst case can even block the drain.

That's why regular cleaning with the PURATEX® Cleaning Set is a good recommendation!

Lots of hair...

Depending on the breed, a lot of hair can be found in dog beds in particular. Our tip: Vacuum the basket cover regularly with a vacuum cleaner. This way, dog hair, dirt and odors don't settle so easily and the dog bed needs to be cleaned or washed less often.

One more TIP

Regardless of whether it's a dog bed or dog blanket - you should avoid using fabric softener when cleaning in the washing machine. Many dogs do not like the smell of fragrances and may even have an allergic reaction to the ingredients.
